About 750 soldiers from the 2nd Battalion of the 506th Infantry Regiment stayed in Toccoa overnight Tuesday through Wednesday. Wednesday morning, the soldiers ran Currahee Mountain. They also toured the Currahee Military Museum Tuesday afternoon and evening upon their arrival into Toccoa.
