Several hundred spectators were crowded into the Hartwell Marina on Saturday for the HydroTurf National Tour Triple Crown of Watercross event. People lined the shore to watch Jet Ski and Sea-Doo racers navigate choppy water, as well as heavy sprays and wakes, around the 100-square-yard course. Tour promoter A.J. Handler was pleasantly surprised with the number of racers, sponsors and spectators who turned out Saturday. "The turnout's great, and it's a beautiful day. Everybody has done their jobs, and we've had some good racing."
