The Toccoa City Commission finalizes its proposed Fiscal
Year 2013 budget. City Commissioners wrapped
up work sessions on the budget Wednesday morning in downtown Toccoa. The total budget is nearly $26.78 million in
the total operating fund budget and includes a 1.19 mill reduction in the
millage rate, the elimination of the extra millage charged to Main Street
properties, a nine percent sewer rate increase, and a $1 a month increase in
